Exchange, give and take or should I type rather say, TAKE MORE than give. Every customer is seen in terms of value for the company. Profit more than value for the longer term. Companies might give away money at first for customers. As they create value propositions. Yes, they are most of the time the value proposition. How many times we have purchased a product from a brand just because of peer recommendation or most minutely just because a known person uses it. Remember, the base for online reviews. You have to bet in order to win. You have to invest in order to digest.
Product development is a continuous process for which you need to study the market. But how innovations are making a market for themselves. It is the cost and now the trends. Bitcoin, uh yes, Crypto, and also NFTs. They were in trend, right. For that small part of the mass appreciated the promise they made. Investment companies sell products. So is Crypto, a product.
We are selling Future. The future is uncertain and hence the market selling it and also the market buying it are. For that uncertainty to be less you need to have promise and potential. The promise is what you sell and potential is what you make or make out of it.
This is surely an evolving game of marketers that they are selling such products directly and most of the time through indirect means that hit on your psychology or your buying behavior.
I definitely cannot list them as the strategies are endless and the reciprocation and application are widely taken. But don't forget, you are selling the future. The needs that have to be fulfilled in the future so the product.
Are we the onlookers or the overlookers of the future? As we mostly fail to examine all the details and fulfill every need...
